Service Advisor
The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently searching for an experienced Service Advisor to join a newly, refurbished dealership based in Chichester.
Our client seeks a candidate ideally possessing extensive experience within a Service Advisor role; however, candidates with some relevant experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the dealership.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess their vehicle's service needs.
Recommend appropriate services or repairs based on customer descriptions and vehicle service history.
Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance.
Oversee the intake process for vehicles brought in for service, documenting condition, mileage, and customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including work completed, parts used, and recommendations for future service.
Recommend additional services or products to customers based on vehicle needs or manufacturer recommendations.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
Ensure all work performed meets quality standards and address any customer complaints or issues.
Handle warranty claims and paperwork for eligible repairs covered under manufacturer warranties.
Strive to ensure a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
The Package:
Basic Salary of £27,000 + OTE of up to £35,000!!
Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] + (1-in-3) Saturdays [8:30am - 12:30pm]!
