Role Overview:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with friendly and professional assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and assessing their automotive service needs
  • Communicating effectively with customers to understand their concerns and preferences
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating service bookings
  • Providing accurate estimates and recommendations for vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at every interaction

Qualifications

  • Strong background in customer service
