Service Advisor - Chelmsford

We are looking for a warm, caring person to start the customer's journey easily and generate a memorable experience, leaving a customer 100% satisfied. Good progression prospects at this Dealership

Ideally you will have Customer Service and Retail and Admin/Computer Skills looking for a new Challenge and Career! Full Driving licence is a must-have.

  • Friendly first point of contact, receiving and booking in customers vehicles
  • Understanding customers requirements and recording information accurately
  • Have good listening skills and be a strong communicator
  • Have a can-do attitude
  • Enthusiastic and flexible
  • Supporting others when necessary
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Liaise with parts department
  • Preparing customers paperwork in advance to create a smooth journey

Package:

  • Good Salary of £35,000 OTE
  • Company paid Pension
