Service Advisor

Just Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a well-known Dealership Group.

If giving great Customer Service within the Automotive industry is your thing, then this opportunity could be just what you’re looking for.

My client is one of the worlds most recognised brands and a rare opportunity has arisen to join their Aftersales team. The ideal candidate will have already built a career within a Dealership environment, though applications may be considered from those who, upon reading this, can justify the transferability of their skills into a role where fantastic Customer Service and Sales ability go hand-in-hand.

You should be an exceptional people person, with a great personality and a very level head. The department is very busy, but you’ll need to stay focussed and make the Customer your number 1 priority. You will be immaculately presented, have an eye for detail and the desire to go the extra mile to provide the level of service expected by this market-leading brand.

You will be responsible for welcoming customers into the Aftersales department, discussing their needs and making bookings for servicing and repairs. All the time mindful of potential opportunities to discuss the fantastic Aftersales options available to them. You will be a great team player and you may also be required to assist with loading the workshop.

A full driving licence is essential for this role and experience of working with an Automotive DMS would be significantly beneficial.
