Day to day as a service advisor:

* Meeting and greeting customers
* Booking vehicles into the diary in the workshop
* Liaising with the team to keep track of vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at scheduled time
* Carrying out reminder calls to customers for post-visit follow ups and regular maintenance
* Sourcing replacement parts to enable vehicle repairs
* On occasion helping with the collection and or delivery of customer vehicles
* Producing quotations and invoices

What will you need:

* Minimum of 6 months experience as a Service Advisor
* Passion for growth
* A first-class can-do Attitude
* A Team Player
* Computer skills
* Customer service experience in a garage or car dealership
