Our client is a global leader in the manufacture of coding, printing and marking products.
Based out of lovely offices in Huntingdon, at an exciting time of growth and change, we are looking to recruit an experienced Service Administrator / Despatcher to join a busy team.
This is an extremely fast paced role and would suit a confident and capable individual, happy working to processes, updating CRM / ERP platforms, and liaising extensively with customers.
After full training and a tailored learning programme, you will play a key role within the Customer Service Team in the UK providing first class support to customers. You will be responsible for achieving business goals in terms of processing orders, on time delivery and supporting the coordination of the Field Service engineer teams.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordination of c. 30 Field Service Engineers - ensuring that the correct engineer with the correct skillset and parts will be onsite with customers at the right time
- Part ordering / sourcing
- Answering calls coming in to the service desk
- Quoting costs for visits / parts
- Handling invoice queries & raising credit notes where appropriate
- Chasing PO’s
- Raising cases ready for triage
- Contract Billing
- Service Invoicing
- Sales Order Entry for Supplies/Parts and Accessories
The ideal candidate:
- Confident and experienced in working in an extremely fast paced role
- A flexible professional style with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive and strategic problem solver
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proven attention to detail
- Experience of Salesforce or Navision would be an advantage
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 3 days per week to be office based.
Hours of work 8:30am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
