I am representing a brilliant  award winning Digital Marketing Agency who are looking for a strong SEO/Digital Manager to join their thriving team. The role of SEO manager will report into the Head of Client Services with a line to the Directors and you will be the responsible for the SEO success of the Agencies website, SEO campaigns for client sites that have been built by the team or managed.

Key responsibilities:

** Develop and execute SEO strategy for the company website and client sites to achieve maximum ROI

** Delegate and co-ordinate SEO related tasks to SEO Execs 

** Work with Head of Client Services to create and promote SEO packages

** Create and pitch SEO proposals to existing and new clients within the eCommerce niche

** Oversee and execute all elements of SEO from audit, proposal, strategy to execution, performance monitoring

** Preparation and presentation of monthly reporting to key contact for each campaign

** Manage expenses of SEO campaigns, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling differences

** Support and guide the Account Management team when it comes to SEO best practices for their portfolio of clients

What we need from you:

** Background in a similar role- Agency experience preferable but not essential

** Experience with Analytics and Search Console

** Experience with Keyword tools such as SEMRush

** Understanding of mobile strategy and how it links to SEO

** Understanding of HTML and CSS

** Experience using eCommerce tools such as Magento, Prestashop and Laravel

** CRO experience beneficial but not essential 

This role comes as a hybrid position with 3 days office based and 2 working from home,  28 days holiday and a 25% realistic bonus.
