SEO Manager - Creative agency - London - c. £40K

The Company

My client is an independent agency who are focused on creative and design. They are looking to build out an SEO function and are looking to bring on an entrepreneurial SEO talent. They are a friendly yet dynamic team and they are looking to bring on a charismatic self starter to join as SEO Manager. This will be the first hire into the new SEO team and will work under an existing consultant who will bed in the team. The agency have going for a few years now and are well established in the B2B market. They are focused on building a loyal team, hence culture fit is important. They know how to have fun and provide a platform for their employees to enjoy work.

The SEO Manager will focus on 3 core areas - on page, off page and technical. They are looking for an ambitious professional who would ultimately like to take on a senior role within a growing agency. They will have remit to grow out the agency proposition. Ideally this person will have at least 3 years' experience in an SEO focused role.

You will be a natural communicator who can interact easily with co-workers and clients alike. You will have an energy that will resonate with other like-minded individuals that want to invest in progressing their career with a common goal of building the agency and taking it to its next goal.
