Can you demonstrate success in a leadership role with expertise in SEO, CRO, and UX? Do you have a strategic mindset and a desire to create inspiring projects?

If so, I would love to hear from you for a SEO Lead role I am recruiting for.

Location: Norfolk

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

Salary: 45-50k (negotiable)

The role will involve:

  • Develop and execute data-driven SEO and CRO strategies to boost organic search ranking, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Lead and nurture a team.
  • Manage an SEO agency partnership to ensure timely delivery of organic search and UX improvements.
  • Oversee the SEO budget and channel forecasting, aligning resources with business goals.
  • Create engaging content tailored to target audiences, enhancing conversions.

Skillset Required:

  • Proven success in a similar leadership role within SEO, CRO, or a related field.
  • Desirable: A BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Proficient in SEO and CRO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, A/B testing platforms such as AB Tasty and other SEO analysis tools.
  • Experience in managing and optimising website content and technical SEO elements.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute long-term optimisation plans.
