Role Overview:

We are now seeking a young aspiring digital marketer who is ready to specialise in supporting our SEO programme and strengthen our organic search agenda.

As our in-house SEO Executive, you’ll be working closely with the SEO Manager and the wider team to ensure the effective implementation of the organic search strategy. This role combines creativity with analysis, with the goal of developing digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and revenue against return-on-investment targets.

What we need you to do as an SEO Executive:

  • Measure and report performance natural search activity and assess against specific goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Create effective reporting that allows senior members of Pro:Direct and the individual teams to understand the performance of natural search with regards to the websites and related KPIs.
  • Reply to ad-hoc requests for data and insights from various members of the Pro:Direct team.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve search rank for key terms at the top, middle, and bottom of our marketing funnel.
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation.
  • Collaborate with content marketing and content contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
  • Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Keep close to google guideline changes to make sure all websites are in line with the guidelines and we cannot in risk of any penalties.

Your skills as an SEO Executive:

  • Demonstrable experience running SEO campaigns and a deep understanding of natural search, from On-page optimisation to technical SEO.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
  • Relevant marketing qualification or proven experience
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., GA4)
  • Experience with modern SEO tools and reporting suites like SEMRush, Botify etc.
