This is a great opportunity to join a large independent vet practice who value staff, welcome change, and celebrate success along their journey. This vacancy comes due to their ongoing demand at a state of the art facility, highly trusted by customers in the local area.

As a key member of a surgery’s team, this role is responsible for driving excellence in customer service and clinical care whilst promoting pet wellbeing, delivering preventive services and treating sick and injured pets.

This role has a focus on enhancing specific clinical practises and procedures, increasing the credibility of the practice and upskilling colleagues in order to become a centre of excellence.

As one of the surgery’s senior clinicians, this role is responsible for all relevant aspects of clinical governance.

  • Support, encourage and mentor colleagues
  • Commit to your own CPD
  • Communicate with compassion, and understanding
  • Actively support the wider business goals
  • Live the business values and contribute to the companies ongoing growth plans

About You:

  • Qualified and registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • Previous experience or newly qualified
  • Compassionate
  • Team focused
  • Committed to continued improvement (with additional certificates encouraged and funded)
