Senior Valuer / Associate Director

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Valuer / Associate Director for a leading West Country Estate Agency with realistic earnings in the region of £50-70,000pa. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and successful team in a prominent position, with a focus on growing the business in the Greater Exeter and East Devon areas.

The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and earn a highly competitive salary, as well as benefit from a car allowance and other additional perks. With a minimum of three years experience in valuing and listing properties in the mid-to-upper sector of the market, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated and hard-working, with the ambition and ability to join as or to progress to a Senior Associate Director level.

Attractive basic salary around £35,000 plus commission and bonus package with car allowance and health benefits. Initial On target earnings in the region of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
