Senior Transfer Agency Consultant - Limerick/Dublin

Gibbs Hybrid is looking for an accomplished Senior Transfer Agency Consultant with extensive experience of Transfer agency and client onboarding to join the New Business Team. You will be responsible for the on-boarding of new clients, funds, transitions, mergers, fund restructures, operational changes and / or share classes into Transfer Agency in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure that all Transfer Agency, and related departments, and locations are fully engaged and understand the workings of the funds/clients/classes prior to go live date. This is a 12-13mth contract role (PAYE, Umbrella or Irish Limited company). 3 days required onsite. Flexibility between Limerick or Dublin.

Essential:

• Knowledge and experience within the transfer agency business specifically with Transfer Agency operational experience being a large contributor.
• Familiar with industry trends, trading practices and product offerings.
• Experience in reviews of Legal and Regulatory documents (as they pertain to Transfer Agency), in particular Prospectus and Application Forms
• Can work methodically and on own initiative within a large team with minimal supervision
• Client focus gained in a financial services company
• Transfer Agency Industry and Regulatory knowledge essential
• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• Possess excellent interpersonal, client facing, leadership and communication skills
• Be proactive, with a focused attitude towards work and ability to consistently meet deadlines whilst ensuring a high focus on accuracy
• Take initiative and display enthusiasm with an ability to set and achieve challenging goals.
• Ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure.
• Experience in understanding and evaluating Investor Based Performance fees is desirable
• Experience in Project management
