Our client, a respected building and planning consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Senior Town Planner to join their Oxford based team. The successful Senior Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of large scale residential and commercial projects for both private and public sector clients.
Experience:
Ideally candidates will have a significant experience of delivering planning consultancy services to clients, leading on planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and carrying out business development duties. It is anticipated that the successful Senior Town Planner will have a proven track record of working within a consultancy environment and will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI.
