My client is an independent Planning Consultancy based in Leeds whose dedicated team of Planning and Development consultants are now looking to expand further with the addition of an experienced Town Planner!

The current team work collaboratively to provide planning advice and services to developers, landowners, and private individuals across all sectors of development, securing viable residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in the UK!

Due to an ever-growing pipeline of exciting projects, my client is now looking for an experienced Town Planner (MRTPI ideal) to join the team in providing planning and development advice to clients across every stage of the planning process - from early strategic site analysis to the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals and managing thereafter!
