Penguin Recruitment is please to present a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and forward-thinking Senior Town Planner to join a dynamic consultancy in Bristol!

My client is a leading Town Planning and Development consultancy operating nationwide, whose established team of Chartered Planners and Assistant Planners are focused in providing a bespoke service to private developers, house builders, strategic land companies, care home developers and local authorities.

As part of the team, you will provide professional advice and full planning services to a range of clients across the public and private sectors on all types of developments, with particular specialisms in housing, affordable housing, care home developments, and self-build housing!

We are seeking applications from candidates who have worked at Senior Planner level, or who are currently working as a Planner and are looking for an opportunity to take a step up into a more senior role! Candidates will ideally be MRTPI Chartered, or close to submitting for the APC, and will ideally have previous private sector or consultancy experience, however, candidates with public sector planning experience are also encouraged to apply!
