Senior Town Planner

Northwest

My client is an award-winning independent planning and environmental consultancy, operating in key development sectors throughout the UK. They are looking for an established Chartered/Senior Town Planner to join their dynamic team based in the Northwest.

The current team specialises in providing multidisciplinary support on major infrastructure development projects and strategic planning studies across the UK. The role of Senior Planner will involve working on a variety of projects, supporting senior staff and Directors on major project work, and assisting with the management of the team's caseload.

Candidate Requirements

  • MRTPI Chartered Town Planner or working towards submission.
  • Extensive experience in a Town Planning role, ideally at Senior Planner level.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of planning.
  • Ability to manage workloads and responsibility.
  • Strong and coherent written and verbal communication skills.
