Senior Technical Coordinator

Senior Technical Coordinator - West London

A Senior Technical Coordinator is required to oversee design packages on a large residential projects in West London. The schemes are valued at up to £100m plus. The successful candidate will have experience of working on new build high rise residential projects with at least two references to support this.

Reporting directly to a Head of Technical any potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, engineering or architectural background. This is a head office based role with occasional site visits also required.

Applicants must have experience of working on residential projects.
