Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing a seamless approach to the Talent function by identifying, attracting and hiring top talent, whilst playing a critical role in ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Initially a 12-month fixed term contract, you will be working for a fast-paced and dynamic Cambridge based organisation. Your responsibilities will span across Talent Coordination, Stakeholder Engagement, and Employer Branding, along with supporting exciting projects scheduled for the upcoming year.
- Scheduling interviews, coordinating diaries between candidates and hiring managers
- Providing timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Screen applications to identify qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records on ATS
- Generate reports on recruitment activity and candidate pipelines
- Create all offer documentation and contracts of employment
- Manage the Talent inbox
- Create and edit job descriptions and advertisements through various platforms
- Establish and maintain professional and positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage the recruitment timelines, expectations and outcomes with stakeholders
- Coordinate all talent attraction events, including recruitment fairs both virtually and in-person
- Work closely with the marketing team on social posts
This role would perfectly suit a creative, forward thinking and passionate individual who has experience within talent acquisition. High level of attention to detail and accuracy is a must for this position, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
