We're Looking For Someone With:

• Proven experience in working with children and young people, ideally within a residential care setting.
• A Level 3 qualification in residential childcare, demonstrating your commitment and knowledge in this critical field.
• A deep motivation to support and improve the lives of children and young people who have experienced trauma.
• A full UK driving licence, enabling you to be flexible and responsive to the needs of our service users.
