Senior Support Worker (Children)

Salary up to £32,000 (including payment for sleep ins)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an independent family-run organisation as a senior support worker within a children’s home.

We are looking for people with experience of working within a children’s residential home, and experience of leading or supervising staff. We have a fantastic opportunity to join a very friendly and supportive team supporting children with a history of trauma.

You will support the children with every day needs and will provide emotional support, helping them to lead a full and active life, as well as supporting the Registered Manager to lead the team, helping to train and mentor new staff, and ensuring the provision of a safe and nurturing home environment.
