Senior Strategic Procurement Manager (ICT EPR)

Band 8c/8d

£300 - £410 per day depending on experience

Cobalt PS have partnered with an NHS trust in the Midlands for a new 6 month interim contract. We are recruiting for a team to manage a complex ICT Procurement project.

The ideal candidate will have and have worked previously within a public sector organisation at a similar level - ideally with NHS experience if possible but main focus on the ICT Procurement

Band will be 8c/8d depending on experience

3 days per week in the office required

Job Summary

• Experience leading on complex, high value contracts and tenders

• Public Sector Procurement experience

• Experience dealing with very senior organisational stakeholders

• Experience of management multi-disciplinary, multi-stakeholder complex projects

• Able to prepare, lead and manage Public Contract Regulations 2015 processes and associated documentation

• Excellent supplier stakeholder management and engagement skills

• CIPS qualification preferred but not essential

• Able to successfully lead a complex procurement project across an ICS

• Knowledge and experience of conducting a competitive exercise via a nationally approved framework

• Ability to provide detailed feedback and reports to senior stakeholders

• Experience of project managing a complex, high value PCR procurement exercise
