Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a fantastic boutique hotel collection and looking for a Senior Sous Chef at their beautiful Victorian sea front town house hotel in Margate on the Kent Coast.

The role is Senior Sous Chef position and is to help lead, develop and deliver an exceptional dining experience and most importantly be a role model to who will help develop the brigade. You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day food operation with a fantastic knowledge of kitchen management and be a real people person.

Working with the Head Chef you will help create menu's for the restaurant using the abundance of great locally sourced Kent produce, including award winning meats, fish cooked on their over flame concept in an open kitchen. They also have a roof top bar and Oyster bar.
