* Senior Site Manager needed for a Healthcare Centre Fit Out in South West London *

Role: Senior Site Manager to run a 6m fit out of a medical centre.

Location: South West London

Rate / Salary: £300- £350 a day

Duties may include:

  • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
  • Producing and managing project plans
  • Overseeing managing and reporting project progress
  • Tracking and documenting changes
  • Preparing written project communication materials
  • Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
  • Implementation and compliance with all statutory and company procedures.
  • Financial management and reporting including Profit & Loss

Candidate Requirements:

  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets
  • Must have experience working on healthcare fit out projects.
  • M&E experience desired but not essential.
  • A good work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to hit the ground running!
