Are you an Experience School Administrator, looking for the next step in your career?

Our client, a "strongly good" rated Primary school based in the heart of Longridge is currently looking for a Senior School Administrator to join their team. Working hours for this role would ideally be Monday - Thursday for 39 weeks of the year. A Competitive salary is on offer for the right person.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • manage the school's administrative function
  • manage a small team of support staff, including actioning appraisals, assist in recruitment and selection.
  • To arrange the provision, analysis and evaluation of data, detailed reports and information to the senior leadership team, the governing body and outside agencies
  • To manage the administration of human resources processes.
  • To assist in the procurement process, including securing appropriate service contracts, licences and insurance.
  • To support the implementation of the school's health and safety policies as directed.

Requirements for the role

Previous experience with SIMS and Finance 6, ideally knowledge of ARBOR system

Experience in administrative / finance roles.
Working at or towards the Certificate of School Business Management (CSBM) or
equivalent qualification.

GCSE English and maths Grade C or above (or equivalent) plus experience of
working in a similar role OR specialised skills acquired through significant on the
job experience
