Senior Sales Negotiator
We've recently taken on a new position with our client who is currently looking for an experinced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team either in Surrey Quays or Bow.
Our client is a successful independent agency that has been operating in the London area for over 30 years believing in providing both an honest and friendly service.
Salary package on offer for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator
- £25,000 basic
- OTE £55,000 - £60,000
- Car Allowance
Working Hours:
- 9am - 7pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday!
- 10am - 4pm Saturday
- 3 days off per month
Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:
- Full UK driving license
- Minimum 2 years experience of estate agency in London
- Experience with Microsoft software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team
Responsibilities included in the role of Senior Sales Negotiator
- Attending viewings
- Liaising with buyers and sellers
- Negotiating offers
- After-sales
