  • 2 years property sales experience

The ideal Senior Sales Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating Senior Sales contracts with both vendors and applicants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The Senior Sales Negotiator candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed.

Senior Sales Negotiator:

  • Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
  • Passion for selling houses
  • Chance to work for a market leading agent
  • Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated and compliant
  • Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
  • Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
  • Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
  • Carry out viewings of properties
  • Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
