Our client is a successful independent estate agency that is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join their branch in Upminster
The ideal individual must have experience working as a Senior Sales Negotiator and have experience listing properties on the market.
Our client is offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer:
- Competitive basic salary
- Realistic OTE of up to £42,000
- Car allowance or company car

- 5 day working week
Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer requirements:
- Experience working as a Senior Sales Negotiator
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven and passionate about property
- Friendly approach
- Team player
- Must be highly self-motivated
- A driving license
Key duties of the Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer role will involve:
- Successfully negotiating offers
- Conducting Valuations
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Cross-selling
- Driving the business forward
- Provide excellent customer service
