A leading educational business is seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Executive to join the team in the Bournemouth area in a full-time, permanent capacity. The business specialises in online learning, supporting thousands of businesses across the country to ensure their employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills to successfully undertake their roles. Through their journey until this point, the business has gained over 20 years of history, supporting millions of individuals, and have maintained a near perfect satisfaction result from their customers.
  
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Proactively answering inbound calls.
  • Making outbound calls based on warm leads from prospective customers who have enquired about the services of the business.
  • Working with potential students to provide them with an understanding what courses they’d be best suited for, providing information on the package they will receive.
  • Enrolling new students on the course that has been chosen.
  • Working to the script that is provided to ensure that compliance with FCA guidelines is maintained.
What you will need to Apply:
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within a commercial contact centre and be knowledgeable of working within a regulated environment as well. All applicants should have excellent communication skills and demonstratable customer service or sales experience with a proactive attitude and approach towards sales. It is expected that all candidates will have previous experience in hitting or exceeding sales targets as well.
  
The successful candidate will be working for 5 days a week on a rota-based system, which will include some weekends and evenings.
  
What you will get in Return:
For the successful candidate a starting salary ranging from £28,000 to £50,000 will be on offer, which will be highly dependent on previous experience within a comparable role. This will accompany an uncapped earning potential, meaning that overall take home could be as high as £60,000! There will be additional rewards related to performance, a good holiday allowance, plus an extra day for your birthday, a competitive pension contribution and a plethora of other benefits. There will also be the option to utilise the company’s services for yourself once the probationary period has been completed.
