As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the Paignton area.

• 21 days of annual leave
• Working Hours Monday - Friday & Every other Saturday (1 day off in the week and every Sunday off including Every other weekend off)
• Working bank holidays on a rota basis

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities

Experience essential for this role:

• Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in a similar role preferred ideally 2 years +
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
