JOB TITLE: Senior Residential Conveyancer
Location: Swansea - Office based/Hybrid
Salary: DOE and PQE Circa £40K - £60K
Hours: Full Time

THE FIRM:
A friendly high street firm based in Swansea are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their team and help build out the department. This firm offers a great working environment with good work life balance, you will have the whole of Christmas to new year off (without having to save your holidays) as well as additional team support. This is a multi practice law firm, but they are looking to take on more Conveyancing clients.

IDEAL APPLICANTS:
* Qualified Solicitor or Conveyancer within Residential Property.
* Excellent business development skills and ability to generate new clients.
* Experience supervising junior team members.
* Managing a smaller caseload (to start) of Residential property files including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release.
* Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction including post-completion.
* Expanding into Commercial Property sales and purchase files too. Experience beneficial.
