Reed Brighton is delighted to being working with a renowned real estate services company who are seeking experienced Senior Resident Services Manager to lead and oversee the onsite lettings and property management team of a prominent residential building with commercial units in Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to residents and the client, improving efficiency, and increasing profits while maintaining a market-leading resident experience.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Oversee the operations and performance of the asset, ensuring a smooth running of the property.
- Ensure all statutory Health & Safety requirements are met and lead on sustainability and customer experience initiatives.
- Engage with residents in a professional and approachable manner, fostering a positive living environment.
- Conduct site visits to other assets within the client’s portfolio, providing support and guidance.
- Mentor resident service assistants and contribute to the strategic planning for the portfolio.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, particularly in residential and commercial sectors (BTR).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and sustainability practices within property management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a superior resident experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support the wider portfolio’s strategic goals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Working Hours - 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday (Saturday rotation will be required – time in lieu)
Salary - DOE up to £45,000 + KPI based bonus
