Are you a passionate and skilled quantitative researcher looking to take the next step in your career? Harnham is working exclusively with a growing Research Agency, seeking a Senior Research Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead all aspects of the Research lifecycle, from inception to delivery, with support from senior partners. Manage research design, fieldwork, and analysis to ensure successful project completion.
- Analysis and Reporting: Translate data into actionable insights, utilizing tools such as Q and PowerPoint to present findings in visually engaging tables and graphs.
- Proposal Writing and Client Management: Develop proposal writing skills and cultivate strong client relationships with guidance from senior partners. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Storytelling: Develop storytelling skills by uncovering compelling narratives within the data and effectively communicating them to clients in a way that inspires action.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house designer to produce unique and creative deliverables that go beyond traditional PowerPoint presentations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on quantitative research experience, from design through to analysis
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead smaller projects independently and collaborate effectively with senior partners.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Q and presentation software like PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in proposal writing, client management, and storytelling.
- Self-motivated with a strong initiative to drive projects forward.
