THE COMPANY

Harnham is working with a market research agency that helps clients understand consumer behaviour, develop products, and build stronger brands. They are looking for a senior research manager to join their team in London.

THE ROLE

You will:

  • Manage projects end-to-end, including signing off on scripts, guiding and coaching juniors, and being hands-on with data.
  • Conduct brand research, including pre-testing, trackers, post-testing, brand health, and creating evaluations.
  • Be a point of contact to clients
  • Manage 1-2 direct reports
  • Work on a range of quantitative research projects, including brand engagement, trackers, product innovation, touchpoint mapping, and workshops.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in research.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing client accounts.
  • Expertise in quantitative research methodologies, including brand engagement, trackers, product innovation, touchpoint mapping, and workshops.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
