Senior Repairs Technician

Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for a Senior Repairs Technician Damp, Mould and Disrepair to join the team based in Kirkby-In-Ashfield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,777 - £32,076 per annum.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys work in a busy and diverse repairs section of the Repairs and Maintenance Team.

You will be required to supervise and co-ordinate a team of multi skilled Operatives providing technical support and direction in the delivery of an excellent service to all customers and service users. 

You will have an excellent knowledge of housing construction as well as the skills required to carry out multiple repairs and maintenance work to Council owned, private, tenanted and empty properties and any other Authority owned building in a multi-skilled environment whilst achieving high standards of customer care and satisfaction.

The Damp, Mould and Disrepair position will focus more on the issues contained within their title.
