Role Overview:
The hospital is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to patients within ward settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exemplary nursing care to patients admitted to the ward, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Supervising and supporting junior nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship as required.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
  • Demonstrating clinical leadership and contributing to the continuous improvement of nursing practices within the ward.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Extensive experience working within a ward setting, preferably in a private hospital environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and support junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of nursing practice and ongoing professional development.
