Managing Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare & Social Care Sector

Location: Sheffield

Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hour per week

Salary: £27,000-£30,000 + commission

Precedo Healthcare are looking for an experienced Managing Recruitment Consultant This is not a 360 role as you will have the added benefit of your own recruitment team.

The Role:

While we are keen to speak with experienced recruitment consultants ideally from a healthcare background. We will also happily cross train from any volume temp sector such as Catering, Teaching, Industrial or Construction etc.

Our recruitment consultants provide Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to a variety of care services every day, for both short and long term assignments.

This role would also be suitable for a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step in Management .

Overview •

Strong sales or recruitment background- You will have a successful sales consultant or recruitment consultant background and able to work with a mixture of new business calling and managing existing relationships

Placing live candidates into available shifts

Contract negotiations with clients- New Business and re- negotiation of existing contracts

Ongoing customer service with both candidates and our clients
