e are looking for an experienced Senior MANUFACTURING & ENGINEERING Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships with new and existing clients in the Manufacturing & Engineering sector.

What’s important to us?
- Experience working in the Manufacturing & Engineering recruitment sector on either permanent or contract / temporary vacancies
- Experience in business development
- Must be confident in building relationships with new and existing clients
- Must have a track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- People with a good attitude, who are positive and enjoy what they do
- As we work a 4.5-day week with flexible working, we need to ensure we focus on productivity rather than the hours we work
- Positivity, we always approach situations with a glass half full mentality, and this contributes to a great working environment
