Senior Recruitment Consultant

Are you an experienced senior recruitment consultant sick of a cold market and endless KPI's? Frustrated by endless KPI's and pressure from managers not directly in your market? We are exclusively partnered with an FS accounting recruiter, who are seeking a senior recruitment consultant to take the company forward. There is a real opportunity to pay a lead opportunity in the companies future with ownership prospects in the medium term.

The Company hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

• 8 years of trading in the London insurance market - with a customer base including FTSE 250 Insurers through to small brokers
• Founded by one of the sectors top billers, with a tried and tested network - which you will have access to to day one
• Operate from the NQ Level 10 - 12k fee's up to CFO - £80/90k fee

What is the progression of Senior Recruitment Consultant?

• The company is going through its second phase, this will be build around experienced recruiters in the immediate term, before rookie hiring coming next
• Within 18 months you should have taken your billings to circa £20-£30k PCM with a team beneath you
• The founder is looking for someone who can take over from him - through an MBO or otherwise. This is therefore an opportunity to become a business owner either outright or through equity without an personal financial investment

Profile of Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Ideally 18 months plus recruitment experience (less will be considered) in a professional services market (HR/Finance/Legal/FS)
• Perm background is highly preferable with 360 experience a must
• Professional and quality lead approach to recruitment
• Billing history open dependant on desk/strategy you were given - often low billings aren't always the fault of the consultant so please do still apply !
