Senior Recruitment Consultant

Are you in the Romford /Tilbury/Grays area and seeking a move to Senior Consultant level? Blending Sales, Service and all admin you will be involved in managing an onsite account which building and securing business in the local area mainly within the Industrial temp market.

We will consider applications from Outbound Business Development Consultants who are used to targeting and mapping new business in the local area to sell temporary recruitment solutions which can be serviced from the office or those who already know all processes and legislation to hit the ground running in a full 260 capacity.

You will be well supported with hands on training from the BM you will work alongside and together you will support each other in the day to day running of the plan and grow organically to add further people to the team in due course.
