An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh Office, working within our high-performing and successful Senior Finance team. With a stunning outlook onto Edinburgh Castle, you'll be supported by a well-established and experienced team, learning from Finance experts with up to 15 years experience. As a specialist Consultant you will be given the opportunity to manage your own business area within Senior Finance, delivering first-class recruitment services to your customers.

• Business Development / Sales - to identify and secure new business and build and develop relationships with clients.
• Identifying and building partnerships with candidates.
• Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships with both your clients and candidates.
• Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews.
• Generating commercial leads to further develop your industry knowledge and to identify new opportunities and/or candidates.
• Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job
