Senior Recruitment Consultant

Package: £30K Base Salary (45k OTE Year 1, 65k OTE Year 2, 80k OTE Year 3)

My client is a market-leading retail talent partner working within the STEM sector. They are looking for driven individuals who want to develop their career within a better suited environment. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will headhunt candidates for top clients, earning comission on the placements you make whilst building long-standing relationships with your clients. You must be comfortable on the phone and negotiating on a B2B level. You will work on a mixture of retained and contingent business, self-generated from the sales calls and client-meetings you make.

Requirements

The Company are looking for dynamic B2B sales professionals or people with 12 months+ recruitment experience.

• Good objection handling skills

• Skills in developing new client relationships
