Are you a tech recruiter starting to think about new opportunities? Tech recruitment has inevitably had a tough 2023, and some markets have had a tough start to 2024.

We are seeing more recruiters wanting higher base salaries and WFH flex. We are partnering with a tech recruiter offering both and looking to add experienced recruiters like yourself to their team.

The Business

  • Founded in 2016 by a serial recruitment entrepreneur (who has previously sold and scaled recruitment businesses in the past)
  • Technology Recruitment business focusing across Europe, the UK & the US.
  • Currently 16 in Headcount, a team of experienced recruiters with 2 + years of experience
  • Looking to grow to 40 Headcount in the next five years with a plan to sell.
  • Recently, a chairman was brought on who has sold four recruitment businesses and runs a PE firm that can assist with selling the business.

The Opportunity

  • Share options are available.
  • Salary between £35k - £50k DOE/Billing history
  • Comm structure up to £35k
  • After the tech dip in 2023, they restructured and moved their business to a retained model, with 50% of their revenue now coming from retained work.
  • 4 Days in Office - 1 WFH.
  • Averaging £15k PH NFI across the business.
  • Autonomous working culture - left to your own devices to get the job done.

The Desk

  • Working on their Perm DACH desk, working with SME Clients across Germany
  • Retainers are available to work on from Day 1. The previous occupier on the desk left, so you are inheriting a warm desk.
  • 360 Recruitment role. Warm desk with critical mass in place; this isn't a new desk build-out.

TRM has placed several individuals into this business, with several members progressing to the Director level within 3/4 years of joining.
