Harmonic are hiring throughout 2024 and we are excited to announce a new role with our Interim team!

As an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be integral in supporting some of the most innovative and exciting businesses across the UK. Harmonic supply Finance and Operations professionals to start-up and scale-up businesses. We work with some of the most exciting organisations in Europe, ranging from ground-breaking technology start-ups (Fintech, Software, AI, Robotics, Electronics, BioTech) and record labels through to major fashion labels, vegan food start-ups, leading furniture designers and media businesses.

We offer unrivalled career progression - with colleagues having the opportunity to become leaders or managers in as little as 18 months. As part of our learning and development programme, we will look to upskill you in networking, research and commercial negotiations to a high level, winning new business and managing the end-to-end recruitment process confidently.

Duties:

• Enhance your skills through our excellent development programme and climb our clear career pathway.
• Manage the 360-recruitment process confidently and build relationships with business leaders from some of the UK's most exciting and fastest-growing sectors.
• Write and coordinate the design of bespoke marketing materials for your marketplace.
• Produce and oversee the creation of industry insights for the start-up and recruitment market that clients can use to support their structural and growth strategy.

The Essentials:

• At least 12 months 360 recruitment experience.
• An appreciation and sharing of our values.
• Desire for Business Development.
