With your extensive background working for main contractors and a proven track record on projects in the millions, you're ready to take on new challenges and deliver exceptional results. Based in Hayes, you'll be at the heart of exciting developments, working alongside industry experts to bring visions to life.

As a Senior QS, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing project costs, contracts, and procurement processes, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving success and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
  • Collaborate with the quantity surveying team to monitor project costs and financial performance.
  • Assist in conducting regular site visits and assessments to ensure accurate progress reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of quantity surveying practices and principles.
  • Familiarity with UK construction regulations and standards.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent numerical and analytic skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
