Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our Client is an established recognised main contractor that specialises in residential projects across London. Due to a number of recently awarded tenders they require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a brand-new scheme in West London.

The project is a £80m new build RC Frame residential scheme in the heart of West London that kicks off in July and requires an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Out client is well renowned for training and development of their team and a low turnover of staff. In addition to this they offer a market leading bonus scheme that has been paid out consistently for a number of years.

The Role

• Commercial Lead (Senior Quantity Surveyor) on £80m residential scheme from procurement to final accounts

• Managment of commercial team on site.

• Collaborating with wider site team to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget

• Delivering Cost/Progress reports into commercial manager

Experience Required

• Previous experience leading large residential projects

• Main contracting background

• JCT Contract Knowledge

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Commutable to West London
