A specialist, high end residential construction consultancy are seeking a steady, technically astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will support the Director by proactively mentoring and managing the quantity surveying team which will involve checking work, answering questions, and general line management duties.

Alongside the above, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will help deliver a high class cost management service on private, super prime residential projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • Strong technical, Quantity Surveying knowledge
  • PQS / Cost Management experience in the UK
  • Residential project exposure is beneficial
  • Enjoys mentoring and managing other quantity surveyors
  • Excellent pre and post cost management knowledge
