Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client, an experienced an established consultancy based in Winchester, are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them, with the view to help run their new London office opening this year. You will initially be assisting with a high-end hotel project in Central London and working from the Winchester office on a hybrid basis. This position will initially be more contractor side, so this would suit someone ambitious, who has experience working for both a contractor and consultancy.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has a proven background in quantity surveying and happy to travel to both Winchester and London. Also, high end project experience would be advantageous. This opportunity offers an attractive package and would definitely suit someone looking for a more senior role with the view to run the new London office.

• Office Location: originally in Winchester - Will be based from London after a few months.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Must have proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for both a Contractor and Consultancy
• Must be able to commute to both Winchester and London
• Must be looking for a long term, senior role
• Good IT and Grammar
