Senior Quantity Surveyor

A medium sized, independent Cost Consultancy is seeking an experienced, independent Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their Bristol office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This pivotal role beckons an individual with a flair for navigating the intricacies of construction projects, offering a golden opportunity to collaborate with an array of commercial property stakeholders, ranging from investors and developers to owners and occupiers across the UK.

The appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will be integral in spearheading a diverse portfolio of construction projects. This will range from the meticulous refurbishment of existing structures to the groundbreaking development of new builds, seamlessly transitioning from inception to completion.

Acting as both a Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent, this dynamic role demands a strategic coordination across various company divisions, ensuring all sectors of the built environment are catered to with utmost proficiency.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• Employers Agent experience is ideal
• The desire to work towards a 5 year plan to Directorship
• Valid driving license / able to travel around the South West
