Are you a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking an exciting Opportunity working for a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor on a long term basis?

The company you will be working for are a well established independently owned business specialising in sectors including high rise residential, retail and commercial with project values exceeding £100m.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will play a pivotal role in the businesses continued success. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth management of projects, including cost estimation, budget control, and procurement. With your keen attention to detail and deep understanding of quantity surveying principles, you will contribute to the accurate forecasting and reporting of project finances.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: You should have a proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience within a Tier 1 main contractor environment.
  • Sector Expertise: Your expertise in the residential, commercial, and retail sectors will be invaluable in ensuring the success of our diverse projects.
  • Project Scale: Your experience handling multi million pound projects will demonstrate your ability to manage complex financial aspects of large-scale projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Your ability to analyze data, trends, and market insights will contribute to informed decision-making and effective cost management.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Leadership: You will lead a team of quantity surveyors and collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals.
